Life truly does begin at the ripe young age of 40 and to prove the point, an enterprising group of South Texans put together a week long golfing and social event that has become a tradition since 1953.
The tournament field is limited to 192 male golfers age 40 and over. The social events are open to each golfer and his guest. While the main activities are related to golf and the nightly social events, there are other activities as well as local area attractions to be explored and enjoyed.
